U.N.I.T.E.—Uniting Nursing Homes in Tribal Excellence—is a collaborative of tribal nursing home stakeholders who network, discuss best practices, promote evidence-based education and trainings, and work on quality improvement initiatives.

Mission Statement:

The mission of UNITE is to partner with and be a resource for Native American/Alaska Native/Hawaiian Tribes to improve the quality of life through the implementation of evidence-based practices and culturally relevant education and training.

Vision Statement:

UNITE’s vision is to improve the quality of life for the Native American/Alaska Native/Hawaiian elders including people with disabilities.
